Relevant Assessments
Well-being for LeadersTM leverages assessments related to well-being in general and well-being at work in particular. These assessments may be commercial, available in the public domain or obtained from authors with appropriate permissions. Ludmila Cofta-Woerpel (see bio in the ABOUT section) is proficient in the use of assessments relevant to well-being and certified in EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments of emotional intelligence.
Interestingly, EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments include a Happiness index which cuts across several scales. Among the scales, the dimensions most strongly related to happiness/well-being are self-regard, self-actualization, optimism and interpersonal relations.19
